Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy involves a collaborative, therapeutic relationship between the therapist and the client. This relationship is built on safety and trust, creating a supportive space where the client can explore, identify, and make sense of the difficulties they are experiencing. Within this process, the therapist helps the client to uncover and understand past experiences, emotional wounds, and learned patterns that may be influencing present-day challenges.
Together, they work toward developing healthier and more effective coping strategies and behaviours. Over time, this process can support greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-trust, contributing to emotional healing and personal growth.
